Former East Flamborough Township Hall

25 Mill Street North

The East Flamborough town hall was built in 1856-57. The building has been used for various purposes, including an Orange Hall, a school, and library. The Flamborough municipal offices were removed from the building in 1974. It was renovated for a library in 1979. It has now been purchased by a local law firm.

The Pearson Family operated the farm as Avonsyde Dairy and produced milk that was delivered in glass bottlesto the village ofWaterdown and later to Aldershot and Burlington. The Pearson family sold the property in 1988.

493 Dundas Street East.

A two-story Georgian red-brick dwelling. It was built for the Forbes family in 1857 and remained in the family until 1913. The building is known today as the Pearson House.
